Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Anson Bond, a sole proprietor carrying on business as LoadUpGames (the “Publisher”), and govern access to the Lunar Paint website and use of Lunar Paint software. Lunar Paint is a software product and brand of the Publisher. By using the website or software, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented through an authorized store or distribution channel.

Purchases and availability

Lunar Paint is offered for $9.95 USD as a one-time purchase. Platform availability, taxes, refund terms, delivery details, and any store-specific conditions are shown during checkout.

Direct purchases completed through Lemon Squeezy are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction and applicable store-level payment and tax obligations, while the Lunar Paint software is licensed to you by the Publisher.

Ownership

Copyright © 2026 Anson Bond, carrying on business as LoadUpGames. Lunar Paint and its original application source, interface, artwork, and brand assets are proprietary to the Publisher. All rights are reserved unless a separate written license explicitly grants additional rights.

Third-party components and bundled fonts remain under their respective licenses. Their licenses are not replaced or restricted by the Lunar Paint application license.

Permitted website use

You may use this website for personal, informational, and legitimate business purposes related to evaluating or obtaining support for Lunar Paint. You may not:

• interfere with the website, its security, or its availability;
• misrepresent affiliation with Lunar Paint;
• copy or use Lunar Paint branding in a way that creates confusion;
• use automated activity to abuse, overload, or probe the service; or
• use the website in violation of applicable law.

Software license

A one-time purchase grants you a perpetual, non-transferable license from the Publisher to use the Lunar Paint release and platform build included with that purchase. The license does not expire and does not require a recurring app subscription. It does not transfer ownership of the software, interface, artwork, source code, or brand. Exact device, platform, and update entitlements are stated in the Lunar Paint Application License and applicable authorized-store terms.

Your files and responsibility

You retain responsibility for your artwork, source files, exports, and backups. Keep an editable .lunar project before creating flattened delivery files. Preserve original files when color profiles, HDR values, external layer structures, or format-specific metadata may be important.

Automatic recovery is a convenience and is not a substitute for ordinary backups or deliberate saving. Recovery depends on the configured interval, local storage, document state, and the condition of the device.

Support

Support questions may be submitted through the Contact Support page. Support availability, response time, and the ability to reproduce an issue are not guaranteed. Do not submit confidential files or sensitive personal information.

Third-party services and stores

Purchases through Lemon Squeezy, the Mac App Store, Microsoft Store, Steam, Epic Games Store, or another authorized channel are also subject to that store's terms, privacy practices, payment processing, refund rules, and availability. Storefront seller or publisher names may identify Anson Bond, LoadUpGames, or the applicable Merchant of Record, but the Lunar Paint software and associated intellectual property remain owned and licensed by the Publisher unless expressly stated otherwise. A store link does not imply endorsement of unrelated products or services.

No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the website or software. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the website, software, distribution model, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
